Shift Type: Day shift, 12-hour shifts (exact start/end times not specified). Per diem schedule; preference for candidates available for a full schedule through the end of January and the first week of February. Day-only shifts, schedule varies by need.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate CT imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare patients for procedures with compassionate communication and safety screening
- Verify and maintain required certifications and compliance documentation prior to start and within two weeks of starting
- Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to ensure accurate imaging and timely results
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs in accordance with facility policies
- Perform infection control, radiation safety, and patient positioning protocols consistently
- Complete required competency exams and specialty checklists to demonstrate proficiency
Qualifications
- Active nursing license verification required
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP as applicable; DCI/BVP noted
- Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation of vaccination/declination
- Ability to complete full compliance profile within two weeks after start date
- Comfort working day 12-hour shifts and flexible per diem scheduling
Education
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology or CT technologist program preferred
- Relevant certifications or specialized CT training is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong familiarity with CT imaging principles and patient positioning
- Knowledge of radiation safety and contrast administration best practices
- Ability to perform patient screening, triage, and pre-scan assessments
- Comfort using PACS/RIS and documenting imaging procedures
- Detail-oriented approach to meeting compliance, testing, and licensing requirements
- Excellent communication skills for working with patients and interdisciplinary teams
