Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging studies with attention to image clarity and diagnostic value
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through proper positioning, screening, and communication
• Operate and maintain CT equipment according to protocol and safety standards
• Follow radiation safety and infection control practices at all times
• Complete accurate documentation and image routing for timely radiologist review
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and clinical staff to support patient care
• Complete required compliance tasks and competency assessments within timelines to remain assignment-ready

Qualifications

• Active nursing license verification as required by facility
• Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable
• DCI/BVP certification listed as a primary credential
• Ability to complete Prime Core Competencies, Prime Skills Checklist, and Prime Specialty Exam
• Successful completion of required health screenings and vaccinations or approved declinations
• Willingness to meet full compliance profile within two weeks of the start date

Knowledge & Skills

• Computed Tomography (CT) imaging expertise and patient positioning
• Familiarity with CT protocols and image quality optimization
• Strong infection control and patient screening practices
• Competency in performing and passing Prime competency evaluations
• Ability to perform required fit testing and drug screening protocols
• Clear communication skills and teamwork in a fast-paced imaging environment
