Roles & Responsibilities

• Support interventional radiology procedures as a skilled IR Tech during day shifts
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and procedural supplies to ensure patient safety
• Operate and assist with imaging and procedural equipment under physician direction
• Participate in on-call coverage, responding promptly and professionally when needed
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist and specialty-specific competency testing to maintain credentialing
• Maintain required health screenings, immunizations, and fit testing to meet facility standards
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient, compassionate patient care

Qualifications

• BLS certification (required)
• IR Tech clinical background (as indicated by job title and requirements)
• License/Certificate Verification as required by the facility
• Willingness and ability to complete Trinity Skills Checklist and Trinity specialty competency testing
• Ability to pass facility health requirements: Fit Test; 2-step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot); COVID-19 vaccine; Influenza vaccine; MMR; Hepatitis B; Varicella; Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen; Physical/Health Statement; Trinity Color Vision
• Comfort with on-call responsibilities and varied day scheduling

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with interventional radiology procedural flow and support tasks
• Competency with Trinity skills and specialty competency testing processes
• On-call readiness and adaptability to varied schedules
• Strong infection control and sterile technique awareness
• Clear communication with physicians, nurses, and patients
