Shift Type: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, rotating weekends (exact days may vary)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and perform comprehensive assessments to identify functional needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and independence
- Provide hands-on therapies including gait training and neuromuscular reeducation
- Deliver caregiver training to ensure safe transfers and continuity of care at home
- Safely operate ESTIM, patient lifts, transfer equipment, gym equipment and vital machines
- Document timely and accurate clinical notes in Meditech Magic
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate therapeutic goals and discharge planning
- Track therapy time and charges to meet inpatient rehab requirements and ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Current PT licensure (must have)
- BLS certification (must have)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Experience in Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation preferred
- Neuro certification or neuro-focused experience preferred
- Comfortable and experienced with ESTIM, patient lifts and transfer equipment
- Experience with Meditech Magic EMR preferred
- Team player with flexibility for start/stop treatment times and rotating weekends
Knowledge & Skills
- Evaluation and treatment planning for inpatient rehab patients
- Gait training and neuromuscular reeducation techniques
- Caregiver training and education best practices
- Use of Meditech Magic EMR for documentation
- Proficiency with ESTIM, patient lifts, transfer equipment and gym equipment
- Monitoring and using vital machines during therapy sessions
- Ability to manage a daily treatment caseload effectively
