Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Take and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
- Support daily living activities to help residents maintain dignity and independence
- Document care accurately and clearly in resident charts
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver person-centered care
- Help create a warm, safe environment where residents feel heard and respected
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or active enrollment in a CNA program
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or obtain upon hire
- Comfortable providing direct resident care and performing physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with activities of daily living and resident transfers
- Vital sign measurement and basic clinical observation
- Infection prevention and safe hygiene practices
- Accurate documentation and charting skills
- Compassionate communication and strong teamwork
- Time management in a busy clinical environment
