Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and procedures accurately and following established protocols
• Collect, process, and analyze blood, urine, and tissue specimens with care
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
• Prepare reagents, solutions, and media needed for reliable testing
• Maintain accurate records of test results and ensure proper LIS data entry
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues
• Collaborate with laboratory and clinical teams to support high-quality patient care
• Participate in quality control activities to ensure trustworthy test results

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Laboratory Technician or similar role in a clinical laboratory setting
• Proven proficiency in hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, coagulation, urinalysis, and blood banking
• Experience with blood sampling and laboratory information systems (LIS) for accurate data management
• Solid knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent teamwork and communication
• Phlebotomy experience or prior hospital setting experience is a plus
• Ability to relocate to Culbertson, MT prior to starting (required)
