Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and perform thorough assessments under physician orders to identify functional deficits
• Develop individualized treatment plans using therapeutic procedures and modalities to restore strength, range of motion, coordination, and alignment
• Implement rehabilitation and pain management strategies to improve movement and daily function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes
• Document evaluations, plans, and progress clearly and timely in accordance with facility policies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Practice in accordance with the California State Practice Act and facility standards

Qualifications

• Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
• Ability to evaluate and treat patients under orders from a referring physician
• Must practice in accordance with the State Practice Act and facility policies
• Available to work full-time day schedules as required by the assignment
