Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support non-clinical operations to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Manage vendor and supplier communications with professionalism and attention to detail
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports to support decision-making
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation tasks for contract-related processes
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with goals

Qualifications

• Experience in a non-clinical healthcare or related operations role (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and common office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to pass background and credential checks as required
• Flexible, professional attitude and willingness to adapt in a contract role

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with procurement, vendor relations, or administrative operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams and external partners
• Basic project coordination or project management exposure
