Shift Type: Per Diem (days vary), 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM NOC (Night shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition including vital signs
- Support safe patient transfers, positioning, and mobility assistance
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in the medical record
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care
- Keep patient rooms and care areas clean and safe, following infection control practices
- Offer emotional support to patients and families with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) required
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or obtained upon hire
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Previous experience as a CNA is a plus but caring attitude and willingness to learn are key
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proven skills in patient hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
- Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
- Comfortable with electronic documentation or willing to learn EMR systems
- Time management, attention to detail, and compassionate patient interaction
