Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM NOC (overnight/night shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents, helping with activities of daily living
- Assist with safe transfers, positioning, bathing, dressing, and feeding as needed
- Monitor resident status and document changes in behavior or condition accurately
- Take and record vital signs and report concerns promptly to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
- Support residents' emotional well-being through attentive, person-centered interactions
- Collaborate with nurses and other staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or ability to obtain promptly
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus but not required
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Reliable, compassionate, and comfortable assisting with hands-on care
Education
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program; high school diploma or GED preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of resident care and activities of daily living
- Basic infection control and hygiene practices
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Accurate charting and documentation habits
- Ability to observe and report clinical changes clearly
- Customer-service mindset when interacting with residents and families
