Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident
- Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and quality
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Comfortable working evening and overnight shifts (5:00 PM start)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with professionalism and compassion
Knowledge & Skills
- Fundamentals of patient care and personal hygiene
- Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Clear, respectful communication with patients, families, and staff
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
