Shift Type: Per diem (as-needed), 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM NOC (overnight)

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents during overnight hours
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident conditions accurately
- Document care and communicate changes to the nursing team in a timely way
- Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and comfort throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program
- Valid BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings or immunizations
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Comfortable working overnight and handling the physical aspects of resident care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in personal care, transfers, and safe resident handling
- Knowledge of infection control and basic clinical observation
- Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs
- Good time management and the ability to prioritize during busy shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly with nursing staff
