Shift Type: Per diem overnight, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM Night (overnight/NOC, schedule as assigned)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily living activities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility to promote dignity and comfort
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes promptly to the nursing team
- Support mealtime needs and ensure residents receive appropriate nutrition
- Document care accurately and timely to maintain clear resident records
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and the care team to coordinate care
- Follow infection control and safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe environment
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
- Basic life support (BLS/CPR) preferred or willing to obtain if required
- Comfortable with overnight/extended shifts and providing hands-on resident care
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass facility background and health screenings as required
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completed CNA training program and active CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs and mobility support
- Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
- Ability to take and record vital signs and observe clinical changes
- Familiarity with documentation best practices and basic EMR/charting
- Compassionate interpersonal skills and resident-focused care
