Shift Type: Per diem nights, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM NOC (schedule varies)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents including bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
- Assist with meals and feeding while following dietary and safety guidelines
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Support therapeutic activities and encourage patient independence
- Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with team members
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required
- Ability to work night shifts including 12+ hour rotations
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
- Comfortable with physical aspects of the role such as lifting and transfers
- Current state-required health screenings and immunizations per employer policy
- Prior experience in long term care or skilled nursing preferred
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic nursing care techniques and resident hygiene practices
- Safe transfer and mobility assistance skills
- Clear communication and accurate documentation
- Time management skills for busy shift environments
- Infection control and safety procedures knowledge
- Teamwork and the ability to follow care plans
