Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes in patient condition
- Support safe patient mobility and assist with transfers under established protocols
- Document care and observations clearly to support the interdisciplinary team
- Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and the care team to enhance patient experience
- Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to protect patients and staff
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification valid in New Mexico
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable working night shifts and providing hands-on patient care
- Strong communication, teamwork, and basic clinical skills
- Previous long-term care or acute care experience is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Knowledge & Skills
- Familiarity with activities of daily living (ADLs) support
- Vital signs measurement and documentation
- Basic infection control and patient safety practices
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients and families
- Teamwork, time management, and dependable attendance
