Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care and assist residents with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility to preserve dignity
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident condition accurately and promptly
- Communicate changes in resident status to nursing staff and participate in care planning
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures
- Support meal assistance and ensure residents’ nutritional needs are met
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families through respectful, clear communication
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania required
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar setting is a plus
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check, TB screening, and any required health screenings
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered mindset
Education
- High school diploma or GED and successful completion of an approved CNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
- Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
- Infection control and safe patient handling
- Clear verbal and written communication with residents and care team
- Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
- Empathy, patience, and a collaborative attitude
