Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality standard CT scans using GE and Siemens scanners
• Provide timely trauma and stroke support to the emergency team, helping improve patient outcomes
• Operate and assist with Terra Recon or other reformat platforms for advanced imaging needs
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech and GE Centricity to ensure continuity of care
• Communicate with patients using AIDET and deliver friendly, patient-focused care
• Collaborate with unit staff to meet turnaround time goals and support efficient ER workflows
• Adhere to departmental policies and required uniform guidelines while representing the team professionally

Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification (required)
• Florida state licensure (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• GE scanner experience (listed as a must)
• Terra Recon experience or reformat experience on another platform (advanced skill)
• Trauma and stroke experience (requested skill set)
• Documentation experience with Meditech and GE Centricity
• Minimum of 1 year CT experience (noted in the job details); job header also lists experience as 2 years

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency operating CT scanners (GE and Siemens)
• Familiarity with Terra Recon or similar reformat tools
• Comfortable with Meditech and GE Centricity documentation systems
• Strong patient communication using AIDET and patient-centered approaches
• Ability to work efficiently under ER and trauma-driven workflows
• Team collaboration and ability to float to main department when needed
