Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, compassionate bedside nursing care to assigned patients
• Perform thorough assessments and monitor patient status throughout your shift
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate personalized care plans
• Document patient care and clinical changes in the electronic medical record thoroughly
• Respond quickly to patient needs and acute changes in condition
• Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives on your unit

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (LPN candidates may be considered per assignment details)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification — facility-specific requirements may apply
• Clinical experience in acute care settings preferred
• Ability to work night shift hours and adapt to a travel assignment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical judgment

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or diploma for RN; LPN diploma if applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Medication administration and documentation proficiency
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
• Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
• Prioritization and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
