Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging exams using established protocols and safety practices
• Position and prepare patients with care and clear communication to ensure comfort and image quality
• Operate CT scanner equipment, monitor image acquisition, and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Adhere to radiation safety standards and infection control procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate patient and procedural documentation in the medical record
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support timely diagnoses
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and competency checklists (Trinity Skills Checklist)

Qualifications

• Current CT technologist experience (Computed Tomography) — comfortable operating CT equipment
• BLS certification (required)
• License/Certificate Verification completed prior to start (per posting)
• Successful completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and any site-specific competencies
• Willingness to complete pre-employment health requirements (fit test, Trinity 10-panel drug screen, required vaccinations and TB screening)
• Comfort working on a long-term travel/contract assignment and covering scheduled weekend rotations

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and patient positioning
• Familiarity with radiation safety principles and ALARA practices
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and imaging systems
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and time-management skills
