Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate critical care to ICU patients, maintaining a 1:2 patient ratio
• Manage and troubleshoot advanced therapies including CRRT and ventilator care
• Perform and assist with procedures such as intubations and central/arterial line placements
• Monitor patients using Philips bedside monitors and Alaris infusion pumps with vigilance
• Accurately document patient care and clinical changes in Meditech
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient-centered care
• Champion patient experience standards (ICARE) and contribute to a positive unit culture

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience (per job posting)
• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS
• Demonstrated experience with CRRT, intubations, and line placements preferred
• Comfortable using Meditech for clinical documentation
• Ability to work within floating policy and meet scheduling requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong critical care assessment and prioritization skills
• Experience with CRRT and ventilator/airway management
• Proficiency with Philips monitors and Alaris pumps
• Accurate, timely clinical documentation in Meditech
• Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced ICU settings
• Clinical judgment for acute and complex patient conditions
