Roles & Responsibilities

• Process and prepare medications accurately using established pharmacy procedures
• Support pharmacists by managing prescription workflows and medication records
• Use Epic Willow Ambulatory to enter, track, and reconcile medication orders
• Assist with inventory control, stocking, and medication storage checks
• Perform medication dispensing and labeling with attention to safety and detail
• Communicate clearly with clinical teams to help optimize patient drug therapy
• Participate in quality assurance tasks and help maintain compliance with policies

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License required upon submission
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Epic Willow Ambulatory experience required
• Successful completion of a Medical Pharmacy Technician course preferred
• Pre-employment/post-offer drug screen required prior to start
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work as part of a healthcare team

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of pharmacy technician training preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with pharmacy workflows and medication preparation
• Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory electronic health record
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in dispensing tasks
• Good communication skills for working with pharmacists and clinical staff
• Basic inventory management and record-keeping skills
• Knowledge of medication safety practices and regulatory compliance
