Shift Type: Day shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, 12-hour shifts, includes every other weekend (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments and use the nursing process to guide care
- Develop individualized plans of care and update them as patient needs change
- Implement nursing interventions and treatments safely and effectively
- Evaluate patient responses and revise care plans to optimize outcomes
- Document patient care clearly and promptly using electronic charting
- Serve as a professional liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Support team coordination and step in for unit leadership when needed
- Communicate compassionately and professionally in all patient interactions
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania (required)
- Minimum 2 years of prior RN experience (Med/Surg experience preferred)
- Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider (must renew every two years)
- Experience with EPIC electronic charting preferred
- Comfort functioning as part of a team and communicating with diverse patients and staff
- Charge nurse or clinical supervision experience is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Nursing process and clinical reasoning
- Patient assessment and documentation
- Care planning and implementation of nursing measures
- Evaluation of care effectiveness and adjustment of interventions
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary staff
- Basic Life Support (BLS) competency
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records (preferred)
