Shift Type: Night shift, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, 12-hour nights, every other weekend (NOC)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process: assess needs, develop and implement the plan of care, and evaluate outcomes
- Serve as the unit nursing leader during your assigned shift and ensure safe, high-quality patient care
- Coordinate care and act as a clear liaison between patients, families, and the clinical team
- Document timely and accurate patient information in the electronic charting system (EPIC experience preferred)
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and staff to support positive outcomes
- Demonstrate sound judgment and maintain emotional resilience when caring for acutely ill patients
Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania (PA RN License required)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience (Med/Surg experience preferred)
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification (Healthcare Provider) and willingness to renew every two years
- Experience with EPIC patient charting is preferred
- Strong verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and creation of individualized care plans
- Care implementation and evaluation using evidence-based nursing practice
- Med/Surg clinical experience and comfort managing acutely ill patients
- Teamwork and collaboration with interdisciplinary staff
- Professional documentation and charting (EPIC preferred)
- Excellent communication, tact, and patient/family-centered care skills
