Candidate Pay Rate: $61.6 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient evaluations to assess functional performance, self-care skills, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tied to meaningful patient goals
- Deliver therapeutic activities, exercises, and adaptive strategies to maximize independence
- Monitor and document patient progress while ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, adaptive equipment, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate proactively with PTs, nurses, physicians, speech therapists and other team members to coordinate care
Qualifications
- Active and current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (OTD or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is required
- Strong clinical knowledge with a patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Education
- Doctorate of Occupational Therapy (OTD) or equivalent from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
