Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and assist in cardiac, EP, IR, neuro and vascular procedures to deliver excellent patient care
• Operate and maintain Philips C-arm imaging equipment and Merge Vericis hemo systems during cases
• Prepare procedure rooms, ensure sterile technique, and confirm all supplies and instruments are ready
• Monitor patient condition and vital signs throughout procedures and communicate changes to the team
• Document procedural details accurately in Epic EMR and support smooth handoffs
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and techs to coordinate efficient, high-quality care
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond professionally to urgent cases
• Provide compassionate pre- and post-procedure patient education and support

Qualifications

• RN License OR RCIS/ARRT (techs) — candidates must hold appropriate licensure for their role
• Current BLS and ACLS required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (as listed in the job details)
• Hands-on experience in at least 3 of these modalities: EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac
• Comfortable working on Philips C-arms and documenting in Epic EMR
• Flexible, self-starter attitude and ability to take direction in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of cardiac cath lab procedures and workflows
• Familiarity with Philips C-arm imaging systems
• Experience with Merge Vericis hemo systems
• Proficiency with Epic EMR documentation
• Excellent sterile technique and procedural preparation skills
• Clear communication and teamwork in high-stakes situations
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and occasional urgent cases
