Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Day)
Candidate Pay Rate: $31.46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary collections with care and a calm bedside manner
- Label, process, and handle specimens precisely to protect specimen integrity and patient safety
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in patient records and lab logs
- Prioritize patient comfort and communicate procedures in an approachable way
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and chain-of-custody procedures at all times
- Collaborate with nurses, lab staff, and providers to keep clinic flow running smoothly
- Float between clinic locations as assigned while maintaining consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Phlebotomy certification preferred; California State Phlebotomy Licensure preferred
- Current CPR certificate preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Reliable, professional, patient-focused, with strong attention to detail
Education

- Venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
- Specimen labeling, handling, and transport best practices
- Basic infection control and safety procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and lab documentation
- Comfortable communicating with diverse patient populations
- Good time management and ability to work efficiently in a busy clinic
