Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for assigned residents
• Perform thorough assessments and document changes in condition clearly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans
• Monitor and support patient safety, infection control, and comfort
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to promote positive outcomes
• Participate in shift handoffs and ensure accurate, timely charting

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license (as indicated by job class: RN | LPN)
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Available for a 13-week travel assignment (start date 2025-12-29)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN diploma or ADN/BSN as applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Medication administration and basic IV/therapy familiarity
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and respond quickly to changing patient needs
• Knowledge of long-term care/rehab best practices (facility-focused care)
• Comfortable using electronic medical records and standard clinical tools
