Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care at the Rehab Center of Albuquerque
• Perform clinical assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document according to facility policy
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams to support rehabilitation goals
• Educate residents and families about care plans and progress in a clear, respectful way
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with facility standards
• Support a positive, healing environment through professional communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Current, active RN or LPN license (per job class Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse)
• Available for the assigned day shift hours: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding and credentialing for the Genesis - West Region assignment
• Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and monitoring skills appropriate for rehabilitation care
• Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
• Strong communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary rehab team
• Time management and organization to handle caseloads and charting
