Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications to patients following program policy and medical protocols
- Operate and maintain automated dispensing systems and calibrate pumps as needed
- Accurately produce and maintain records and reports in compliance with company, federal, and state requirements
- Ensure secure distribution and storage of controlled substances in line with federal regulations
- Order, receive and stock medications per DEA and state rules when authorized
- Perform daily patient assessments and report findings to the treatment team
- Assist the Nursing Supervisor by orienting and supporting new nursing staff
- Collaborate respectfully with counseling staff to provide non-judgmental care to patients with substance use disorders
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient safety
Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license — New Hampshire license required; compact license accepted if active in Nursys
- BLS certification (must be current) — required at submission
- 1+ year of medication administration experience — required
- Experience in opioid addiction centers, methadone/OTP clinics, or medication-assisted treatment — highly preferred
- Comfortable working with patients with substance use disorder in a non-judgmental, empathetic manner
- Willingness to complete a background check and 10-panel drug screen as part of compliance
- Two supervisory references completed within the last two years and a current skills checklist relevant to LPN practice
- Ability to follow federal and state controlled substances regulations and maintain accurate documentation
Education
- Vocational Nursing / LPN diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration best practices and controlled substance handling
- Use and troubleshooting of automated dispensing systems and pumps
- Medication inventory management and DEA/state medication ordering procedures
- Patient assessment and accurate clinical documentation
- Familiarity with federal/state regulations regarding medication security and reporting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary treatment setting
- Experience supporting new staff orientation and delivering supervisory feedback
- Compassionate, non-judgmental approach to caring for patients with opioid use disorder
