Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, helping with activities of daily living
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility while preserving dignity
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
• Support nursing staff with basic clinical tasks and timely documentation
• Observe residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the care team
• Create a warm, safe environment and build rapport with residents and families

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (required)
• Active or eligible for state authorization to practice in Pennsylvania
• Comfortable working evening shifts and adapting to the needs of a travel assignment
• Successful background check and health screening per facility policy
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a patient-first mindset

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong basic nursing care skills and experience with activities of daily living
• Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, and team members
• Dependable documentation and timely reporting of resident status
• Infection control practices and attention to safety
