Shift Type: Days vary (facility schedule), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening/Night shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and mobility
- Monitor and document resident status, reporting changes to the nursing team to ensure safe, timely interventions
- Assist with meal service and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs and preferences are respected
- Support the nursing team with vital signs, basic clinical tasks and safe patient transfers
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families to promote dignity and comfort
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control and facility policies
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) — active and in good standing
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
- Comfortable working evenings and flexible facility schedules
- Previous CNA experience preferred but new grads from an accredited CNA program are welcome
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong hands-on care skills and safe patient handling techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork — you’ll coordinate with nurses and therapists
- Observation and documentation skills to accurately report resident changes
- Compassion, patience and a resident-first mindset
- Basic familiarity with electronic charting preferred
