Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Day shift; 8-hour days plus required 24-hour call coverage for weeknights, weekends and holidays (call rotations apply)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the cardiac catheterization and EP labs — from pre-procedure prep through recovery
- Monitor and support patients during LHC with PCI, peripheral interventions, structural procedures, pacemaker implants and ablations
- Operate and collaborate around Siemens lab equipment and EP-specific technologies
- Document assessments, interventions and outcomes accurately in EPIC charting
- Participate in call rotations, responding to urgent cases across campuses as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient safety and outcomes
- Float between Cath/EP campuses when staffing needs require — bring your adaptability and teamwork
Qualifications
- Active RN licensure eligible to practice in Nebraska
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Cath Lab / EP nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required at start
- Driver's license required at submittal (radius rule applies)
- Must not be employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity facilities
- Willingness to complete orientation and pass the open-book skills exam (90% pass required)
- Comfort with call responsibilities (24-hour call coverage for nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to float to multiple campuses and adapt to different lab setups
Education
- Active RN license (associate degree, diploma or BSN acceptable); BSN preferred but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures
- Familiarity with PCI, peripheral interventions, structural heart procedures, pacemaker implants and ablations
- Proficient with EPIC electronic charting
- Experience using Siemens cath/EP lab equipment
- Good clinical assessment, critical thinking and urgent-response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork in high-acuity settings
- Self-scheduling experience and ability to coordinate with managers
