Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) respectfully and safely
- Measure and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and follow established care plans
- Support a positive, team-oriented environment by collaborating with nurses and other staff
- Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to keep residents safe
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (LNA) — VT/NH coverage indicated
- Local candidates only (assignment is local to Rochester, NH)
- Compassionate patient-focused mindset and dependable attendance
- Willingness to work within facility guidelines and complete required onboarding
Education
- State-approved LNA certification / completion of an LNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong resident-care skills and comfort assisting with ADLs
- Clear communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with nursing staff
- Basic vital sign measurement and documentation proficiency
- Attention to detail and reliable time management during your shift
