Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients with dignity and respect
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
• Support the interdisciplinary team by communicating patient needs and observations
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
• Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that promotes comfort and independence

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule with every-other-weekend coverage
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to perform hands-on patient care and follow facility policies

Education

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in basic patient care and ADLs
• Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
• Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
• Good observational skills and timely communication with nursing staff
• Teamwork, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills
