Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients comprehensively to identify physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
- Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans that promote independence
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and work skills
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safe equipment use
- Recommend and train patients in assistive devices and adaptive equipment for real-world function
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members to coordinate care
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and on time
- Advocate for patient-centered care and continuous improvement in therapy outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current MT Occupational Therapy licensure (required)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- CPR certification (required)
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered communication skills
- Comfort collaborating in interdisciplinary teams and documenting to regulatory standards
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

- Therapeutic interventions for physical, cognitive, and psychosocial challenges
