Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients comprehensively to identify physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
• Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans that promote independence
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and work skills
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safe equipment use
• Recommend and train patients in assistive devices and adaptive equipment for real-world function
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab team members to coordinate care
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and on time
• Advocate for patient-centered care and continuous improvement in therapy outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current MT Occupational Therapy licensure (required)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• CPR certification (required)
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered communication skills
• Comfort collaborating in interdisciplinary teams and documenting to regulatory standards

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
