Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes promptly to the nursing team
- Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility support
- Perform accurate and timely documentation of care and resident assessments
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain infection control practices and a safe, clean environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (T-CNA experience or certification is a plus)
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings preferred
- Comfort and ability to work night shifts on the posted schedule
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented with strong observational skills
- Up-to-date immunizations and ability to meet facility orientation requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved CNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in resident personal care and assistance with ADLs
- Proficient in taking and documenting vital signs and basic observations
- Knowledge of infection control and safe handling/transfer techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with an emphasis on resident dignity
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care environment
- Basic charting and documentation practices in a clinical setting
