Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize patients of all ages presenting to the ER with speed and clinical excellence
• Stabilize, treat, and coordinate care for acute and emergent conditions
• Manage fast-track patients efficiently to keep throughput moving
• Collaborate closely with physicians, techs, and support staff to deliver seamless care
• Document care accurately and communicate plan of care to patients and families

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Current Hawaii RN license (mandatory)
• Experience in Emergency Nursing and comfort serving all ages and populations
• Ability to work rotating day, evening, and night shifts

Knowledge & Skills

• Emergency Nursing principles and triage across pediatric to geriatric populations
• Fast-track workflow experience in a high-turnover environment
• Strong clinical assessment and patient stabilization skills
• Clear communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a busy ER
• Comfort working in a 15-bed ER with a 6-bed fast-track
