Shift Type: Per diem pool, schedule varies by assignment; shifts as needed (variable, day and night coverage possible)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Perform nursing assessments and maintain clear, timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and follow care plans
- Support activities of daily living and promote residents' independence and dignity
- Participate in Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklists to maintain clinical excellence
- Adhere to infection control practices and facility vaccination requirements
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license with ability to work in Pennsylvania (License/Certificate Verification required)
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Per diem/pool or long-term care experience preferred
- Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and specialty competency testing as required
- Up-to-date immunizations and screens: 2-step PPD or IGRA, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19 and Influenza vaccine, and Trinity 10 panel drug screen
- Current physical/health statement on file
Education
- Current RN license in Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Experience with long-term care workflows and resident-centered care
- Clear communication and teamwork with nursing and interdisciplinary staff
- Comfort with documentation and following facility policies
- Ability to adapt quickly to different unit needs as a per diem clinician
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
