Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in a long-term care setting
• Assess resident condition and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Document care thoroughly and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care plans and transitions
• Participate in required competency testing and skills checklists to maintain high standards
• Adhere to infection control procedures and facility health requirements

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; license and certificate verification required
• Current BLS certification
• Experience or comfort working in Long-Term Care settings is preferred
• Ability to complete Trinity specialty specific competency testing and skills checklist
• Willingness to complete required health screenings and immunizations listed by the facility

• Long-term care best practices and resident-focused care
• Clinical assessment and basic nursing procedures
• Medication administration and documentation standards
• Infection prevention and use of respiratory protection
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to variable shift assignments in a per diem pool
