Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence
• Monitor and accurately document resident status during your shift
• Communicate clearly with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
• Follow facility policies for infection control and resident safety
• Support a positive, respectful environment that preserves resident dignity

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification — valid for VT or NH as indicated by the VT/NH job classification
• Available to work the scheduled shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Comfortable working a travel/contract assignment at Genesis - Northeast Region (Keene Center)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong hands-on patient care skills typical of an LNA role
• Comfortable with basic clinical observations and accurate documentation
• Excellent communication and teamwork with nursing staff and residents
• Focus on resident safety, infection control, and compassionate care
