Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care using the nursing process
• Administer medications and treatments safely and according to state laws and hospital policy
• Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and document care clearly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery
• Participate in unit performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Escalate safety concerns and changes in patient condition through the appropriate chain of command

Qualifications

• Active WI Registered Nurse License (required)
• Registered Nurse (RN) clinical experience, ideally in Ortho/Neuro/Trauma
• NIHSS certification (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
• COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations (required)
• Comfortable with night shift schedules and 12-hour shifts
• Willingness to float to other units as needed (travel RN experience a plus)
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude and strong critical thinking skills
