Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate behavioral health assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapeutic support to patients in need
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality
• Document clinical progress accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
• Perform crisis intervention when needed and help stabilize patients safely
• Contribute to discharge planning and community resource linkage to support lasting recovery

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Behavioral Health Professional (Licensed Behavioral Health Professional required)
• Previous experience in behavioral health settings is preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to pass background check and any facility-required screenings
• Valid, current professional credentials and willingness to maintain continuing education

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field preferred; relevant licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, and interventions
• Skilled at crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
• Comfortable working with interdisciplinary teams and communicating clearly
• Proficient with clinical documentation and basic electronic health record workflows
• Person-centered approach with strong cultural sensitivity and professionalism
