Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition promptly
Support nursing staff with patient transfers and safe lifting practices
Maintain clear, accurate documentation and handoff communication
Foster a warm, respectful environment for patients and families

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Demonstrated ability to provide safe, patient-centered care
Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background check, and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Previous experience in long-term care or acute care is a plus

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient care and infection control
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic mobility
Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
Familiarity with patient documentation and handoff practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work collaboratively
