Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-focused care and assist with daily living activities
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
Monitor patient condition, report changes, and escalate concerns promptly
Document patient care accurately and timely in the chart/EHR
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
Maintain infection control and safety standards to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Current LPN license (Pennsylvania license preferred or compact-state equivalent where applicable)
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Previous LPN clinical experience preferred
Ability to pass required background checks and immunizations per facility policy

Education

Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and team members
Basic computer skills for electronic charting and documentation
Strong time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
