Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to patients with professionalism and heart
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Perform timely assessments, monitor patient status, and escalate changes
Document patient care clearly and thoroughly in the chart
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support a safe, clean environment and follow infection control standards

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Georgia (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required or obtain upon hire)
Previous LPN clinical experience preferred; comfortable with hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team
Ability to follow facility policies, protocols, and documentation standards

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program or vocational nursing certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic treatment procedures
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Wound care and basic nursing procedures
Accurate clinical documentation and charting
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
