Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts (specific start/end times and days to be confirmed with hiring manager)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate direct patient care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and document accurately in the medical record
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the RN or provider
Assist with treatments, wound care, and other assigned clinical tasks
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support excellent patient outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely charting and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — Pennsylvania preferred
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable administering medications, charting, and providing bedside care
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Previous LPN experience preferred but new grads with clinical competency are welcome

Education

Diploma, certificate, or vocational degree in Practical Nursing (or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic clinical skills
Medication administration and documentation
Infection control and safe clinical practices
Electronic health record charting familiarity
Time management and prioritization in a busy care setting
