Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform timely and thorough patient assessments and communicate changes
Document resident care and observations clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident outcomes
Support admission, discharge, and care-planning activities to ensure smooth transitions
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential; ability to obtain PA licensure if not already licensed
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Prior experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar clinical setting preferred
Strong communication skills and commitment to resident-centered care
Ability to pass required background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program or equivalent practical nursing training

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical skills in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Familiarity with resident assessment and care documentation
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team
Basic understanding of infection control and safety protocols
Comfort using electronic health record systems or willingness to learn
