Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team promptly
Assist with clinical procedures and support patient comfort and safety
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient care activities

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
Eligible for or holding an active LPN license in Georgia (facility is in GA)
Comfortable working 12.5-hour clinical shifts
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Basic competency in medication administration and clinical documentation

Education

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent LPN training

Knowledge & Skills

Solid fundamentals of practical nursing and patient assessment
Medication administration and basic IV or injection familiarity as applicable
Infection control and patient safety practices
Accurate clinical documentation and time management
Teamwork, clear communication, and a calm approach in busy settings
