Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality general and vascular ultrasound examinations with accuracy and care
• Apply RDMS and RVT standards to ensure diagnostic-quality imaging and consistent protocols
• Prioritize patient safety and comfort while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
• Document exam findings clearly and timely to support provider decision-making
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain equipment readiness and follow infection control and safety procedures

Qualifications

• RDMS and RVT (required — must meet the employer's 18-month credential requirement as stated)
• BLS certification required
• Valid driver’s license required
• One year of ultrasound experience preferred
• Experience with both general and vascular ultrasound modalities

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of general and vascular sonography techniques
• Able to acquire and optimize ultrasound images for diagnostic interpretation
• Skilled in patient positioning and conducting exams with care and professionalism
• Good clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to follow departmental protocols and perform under low/mid/high performer expectations
