Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
Administer medications and document treatments accurately
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, CNAs and interdisciplinary staff to deliver quality care
Maintain clear, timely charting and care documentation
Support patient and family education with empathy and clarity
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect everyone

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — must be valid in Pennsylvania
Completion of an accredited LPN / vocational nursing program
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Professional, compassionate bedside manner and strong teamwork skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN / vocational nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and basic nursing care skills
Medication administration and accurate documentation
Comfortable working within a care team and communicating clearly
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting workflows
Good time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
